Sitting services are provided within the comfort, familiarity and security of your home.

We offer a range of services from 30 minute, Half day, Full day, to long term vacation care.

Cat sitting (In-home)

30 minute visit $25.00 - Second same day 30 minute visit $20.00
1 hour visit $40.00
1/2 day visit AM 7:30am - 10:30am $60.00
1/2 day visit PM 3:30pm - 6:30pm $60.00
Full Day up to 7 hours - $120.00

*A $10 fee will apply for each visit falling on a Statutory Holiday

Dog walking

30 minute walk $25.00 per dog
1 hour walk $40.00.
Each additional dog $6.00

Dog sitting (In-home)

$20.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

While you are out, we'll make sure your dog is well looked after in your home or hotel room.

Your dog will enjoy frequent short walks, lots of cuddles and fun games.

*Please note this service has a three hour minimum and is ALWAYS based out of the owner's accommodation. We are NOT a daycare facility.*

Payment

Bookings are to be paid 48 hours prior to the start of the pet sitting service by e-transfer or cash only. Approximately one week prior you will receive a text or email with the balance owed. My Squamish Pet Sitter requires a minimum 48 hour notice for cancellation of pet sitting services. Cancellations inside this notice period are subject to a charge equal to two days of the booked service value, or the remaining booked visits, whichever is lesser.

You are responsible to cover any expenses over and above the pet sitting service in the event of pet illness or veterinary visit.

You agree to call My Squamish Pet Sitter by phone once you have returned home from any trips. In case your return is delayed, you may contact My Squamish Pet Sitter for additional services.

Keys

You have a few options to grant us access to your home while away. The preferred method is to use a lockbox. If you live in an apartment building, we will gladly pick up your keys on our first visit and return them again after our last visit. If neither of these options work for you, the keys can be picked up before services commence and returned when services are complete. There is no charge for this.

NOTE: I cannot leave keys behind in a mailbox or hidden away.

Timing of Pet Visits

When there is no medical reason to visit at a specific time, we choose, based on schedule and travel route, the best time to visit with your pet(s). You also have the option to tailor our visits to your travel plans. If you are leaving very early in the morning and would like a pet visit the same day, you can select a visit time to fit your schedule. Twice a day, thirty minute visits are scheduled 8-12 hours apart. Pets that require time-sensitive medicines will be given priority.

I will review the agreement with you prior to providing our services at an agreed upon time.
